Tax Credit Project 

 Since New Lima's inception in 2003, we have provided 60 single family homes for lease purchase through a tax credit project with Miller-Valentine Group.

Current Project

Our current project is developing Whittier Place Subdivision (formerly Whittier School).  New Lima has completed two homes that are for sale.  One of our partners, Habitat for Humanity has completed one home that is occupied.

  New Lima will begin construction on two homes in October.  We will continue to keep the website updated on the two homes.
